A quick answer.
Our FAQ covers photo borders, EXIF fields, manual input, watermarks, supported devices and Pro purchases.
Read the FAQsLooking for an update? Your App Store listing shows the latest version available in your region.
Open the App StoreA few things to try.
Camera or lens information is missing.
Some messaging and social apps remove EXIF data. Try importing the original image. If the source has no metadata, use manual input to enter the camera and shooting parameters.
Exporting a collection on Mac.
Choose an export folder in the Mac editor, import your photographs and select Export. Exporting multiple photos requires Pro. If saving fails, check that the destination folder is accessible and that your device has enough free space.
Saving to the iPhone or iPad photo library.
Allow F8 Frame to add photos when prompted. If access was denied, review the app’s Photos permission in system Settings, then try exporting again.
Pro isn’t showing after a purchase.
Open the upgrade screen and choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase and make sure you have an internet connection.
