Welcome to “F8 Frame” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). Please read the following Terms of Service (the “Terms”) carefully as they form a legally binding agreement between you and F8 Frame (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all its original content, features, functionality, design elements, and all paid content (SKUs), are and shall remain the exclusive property of F8 Frame and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and will not, nor will you permit any third party to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or structure of the App.

Distribute, copy, modify, sell, rent, or sublicense any part of the App or its content.

Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security-related features, including those that restrict or enforce limitations on the use of paid features (Pro SKUs).

Use the App to violate the legal rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

5. Paid Subscriptions and Purchases

Payment: Payments for subscriptions and one-time purchases (SKUs) are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Refunds: Any refund requests must be handled directly through the relevant App Store provider in accordance with their policies.

Access: We reserve the right to revoke your access to the App or its paid features if we reasonably suspect abuse or fraudulent activity related to your purchase.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall F8 Frame, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the App;

Any conduct or content of any third party on the App;

Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and F8 Frame agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
